Last Day of August 2006 - Please participate today!

Dear NSP members, Friends, Family and Health Enthusiasts.

This has been an awesome month in our home. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to enjoy my children during their summer vacation as a stay at home mom, however this week I also enjoyed seeing them off to their next school year. I am so fortunate to be a stay at home mom and thank NSP and my husband for providing that for myself and my boys. However, my summer sales tend to wane since I have less time to spend sending off emails to my wonderful downline and faithful readers. I hope during the summer that you have visited my websites to keep current on specials, herbs, and new products. So this last day of the month I hope to entice you to participate in my give away offers so I can bring my August sales up.

Here are some ways for you to participate and for me to reward you for doing so:

August Special (one more day to participate): With this in mind I am offering Special promotions for August to help boost my sales. As my contest entry page states, all NSP members in my downline with orders totaling between $1-$100 will receive (4) free drawing tickets into our monthly drawing contest. Members with orders totaling over $100. will receive (8) free drawing tickets (8 for the 8th month). I will then have 4 winners of the Daily 7 Workbook, which will be selected out of the growing tub of contest entries by my blindfolded 6 year old.

As an added plus, anyone ordering any piece of our NatureSeal waterless cookware will receive a cookbook booklet with some excellent recipes to help you learn to use these wonderful pots and pans. (To receive your cook booklet for your NatureSeal purchases in August, please forward to me your confirmation email from NSP to show me your purchase, as I have no other way of knowing what you purchase otherwise).

And anyone who orders any of our Newly introduced Nature's Sunshine Products today (Glyco Essential, Nattozimes Plus, Xylitol Nasal Mist, Xylitol Mouthwash, Xylitol Lemon Mints, Xylitol Peppermint Mints, Xylitol Spearmint Chewing Gum, Xylitol Cinnamon Chewing Gum, Nature's Sweet Life CHOCOLATE BARS Calcium Crunch &/or Raspberry will receive (10) free drawing tickets. The number 10 is specifically since we have 10 new products, 8 of which are delicious alternatives to refined (indigestible) sugar. Last week I attended convention along with 2000 other managers and was so impressed with Nature's Sunshine, for not just teaching us why we should rid our lifestyles of the refined sugars, corn syrups, and artificial sweeteners, but also NSP gave us incredibly delicious alternatives! Check out the links above to read more about these products and how they can help you achieve better health. NSP is a awesome to offer a solution with "GOOD FOR YOU" Candy. There isn't a mom or dad, or diabetic or non diabetic out there who will want to miss these delicious candies which help your body to heal and help your cells to absorb insulin better. These new products will help your body to process the right kind of sugars and help you with the sugar addictions which 90% of Americans suffer. As a mom, I'm thrilled to be able to offer this to my children as well as to you! We will be teaching more about these products in the upcoming month. Please watch my websites for additional info. (To receive your 10 contest entries when purchasing these new products in August, please forward to me your confirmation email from NSP to show me your purchase of any of these 10 new products, as I have no other way of knowing what you purchase).

IMPORTANT: The Nature's Sweet Life Chocolate Bars follow a different shipping process than our regular NSP products because of the melting factor. These will need to be ordered separately from your regular NSP order and can be ordered only by phone at this time. So if you are interested in the chocolate bars, just call NSP at 1-800-453-1422 to order. If you are a Nature's Sunshine member, you will need to give YOUR account number to order. If you are not yet a NSP member, your chocolate order will qualify you for a Free membership. just give the order entry rep my sponsor number when ordering #983219-3. You will then be put into my Nature's Sunshine member line so you can continue to participate in offers such as this all year long. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love to give away free things to make my readers healthier!!! As part of my downline I invite you to always participate.

I hope you will jump on these offers and help me hit my goal this month. Today and the rest of this weekend I will be busy with my husband, installing new wood floors in my downstairs (living room, office area), so will likely not be on the computer much to answer questions. If anyone has any questions or need help in anyway today or this weekend, you are welcome to call me on my home/biz line number 704-588-7638 or my mobile number 704-458-5475.

The above offers are cumulative. For example, if you order $110. of products (receive 8 entries), which include a Nature's Seal pan (receive cook booklet), and new Xylitol products (receive 10 entries) you will receive 18 contest entries and a cook booklet. Doesn't that sound excellent? Then you also have the chance to win one of the Daily 7 workbooks this month, plus your entries can continue winning for you all year long as we have winners every month.

Thanks for being a faithful reader! As always, please let me know how I can help you best.

NEED INSPIRATION???

Last week I spent in Dallas, Texas, enjoying our annual Nature's Sunshine National Convention. On the last evening of our stay, Greg Halliday, shared with us (about 2000 NSP managers) the story of Richard and Dick Hoyt. You could see and feel the emotions flowing in Greg's words and face as he told us the story. A story of true inspiration!

The Hoyt family are the kind of people who make you want to be a better person, better parent, better friend, and simple said more Grateful for everyday, every moment, every relationship, good and bad.

When I returned home and sat down at my computer to do a little email catch-up, I opened the following email from my niece.... in addition, the same forward was in my email box from about 15 separate people who had also been touched by this story over the past week. It is one you just have to share with others, because you know it will bring that same inspiration and feeling of joy and confidence that you too ... CAN!
Share the Health ~ Karen

A note from my niece Jennifer: Some people really GET IT when it comes to understanding life and what it is really all about. Most of us don't. Most of us just coast though day by day struggling against ourselves and our circumstance and never really do life like it was intended to be done. I hope you'll take time to read this short story and watch the short video at the end. It will give you a fresh perspective on life. I hope it will motivate you to stop and consider your life and what you are giving to others.
The word CAN'T is never in Richard or Dick Hoyt's vocabulary!

The Story of Richard and Dick Hoyt

Intro:
Eighty-five times he's pushed his disabled son, Rick, 26.2 miles in marathons. Eight times he's not only pushed him 26.2 miles in a wheelchair but also towed him 2.4 miles in a dinghy while swimming and pedaled him 112 miles in a seat on the handlebars--all in the same day.

Richard's also pulled him cross-country skiing, taken him on his back mountain climbing and once hauled him across the U.S. on a bike. Makes taking your son bowling look a little lame, right?

And what has Rick done for his father? Not much--except save his life.

The love story:
This love story began in Winchester, Mass., 43 years ago, when Rick was strangled by the umbilical cord during birth, leaving him brain-damaged and unable to control his limbs.

`He'll be a vegetable the rest of his life;'' Richard says doctors told him and his wife, Judy, when Rick was nine months old. ``Put him in an institution.''

But the Hoyts weren't buying it. They noticed the way Rick's eyes followed them around the room. When Rick was 11 they took him to the engineering department at Tufts University and asked if there was anything to help the boy communicate. ``No way,'' Richard says he was told. ``There's nothing going on in his brain.''

"Tell him a joke,'' Richard countered. They did. Rick laughed. Turns out a lot was going on in his brain.

Rigged up with a computer that allowed him to control the cursor by touching a switch with the side of his head, Rick was finally able to communicate. First words? ``Go Bruins!'' And after a high school classmate was paralyzed in an accident and the school organized a charity run for him, Rick pecked out, ``Dad, I want to do that.'' Yeah, right. How was Richard, a self-described ``porker'' who never ran more than a mile at a time, going to push his son five miles? Still, he tried. ``Then it was me who was handicapped,'' Richard says. ``I was sore for two weeks.''

That day changed Rick's life. ``Dad,'' he typed, ``when we were running, it felt like I wasn't disabled anymore!''

And that sentence changed Richard's life. He became obsessed with giving Rick that feeling as often as he could. He got into such hard-belly shape that he and Rick were ready to try the 1979 Boston Marathon.

"No way,'' Richard was told by a race official. The Hoyts weren't quite a single runner, and they weren't quite a wheelchair competitor. For a few years Richard and Rick just joined the massive field and ran anyway, then they found a way to get into the race officially: In 1983 they ran another marathon so fast they made the qualifying time for Boston the following year. Then somebody said, ``Hey, Richard, why not a triathlon?'' How's a guy who never learned to swim and hadn't ridden a bike since he was six going to haul his 110-pound kid through a triathlon? Still, Richard tried.

Now they've done 212 triathlons, including four grueling 15-hour Ironmans in Hawaii. It must be a buzzkill to be a 25-year-old stud getting passed by an old guy towing a grown man in a dinghy, don't you think?

Hey, Richard, why not see how you'd do on your own? ``No way,'' he says. Richard does it purely for ``the awesome feeling'' he gets seeing Rick with a cantaloupe smile as they run, swim and ride together.

This year, at ages 65 and 43, Richard and Rick finished their 24th Boston Marathon, in 5,083rd place out of more than 20,000 starters. Their best time'? Two hours, 40 minutes in 1992--only 35 minutes off the world record, which, in case you don't keep track of these things, happens to be held by a guy who was not pushing another man in a wheelchair at the time.

"No question about it,'' Rick types; "My dad is the Father of the Century.''

And Richard got something else out of all this too. Two years ago he had a mild heart attack during a race. Doctors found that one of his arteries was 95% clogged. ``If you hadn't been in such great shape,'' one doctor told him, ``you probably would've died 15 years ago.''

So, in a way, Richard and Rick saved each other's life. Rick, who has his own apartment (he gets home care) and works in Boston, and Richard, retired from the military and living in Holland, Mass., always find ways to be together. They give speeches around the country and compete in some backbreaking race every > weekend, including this Father's Day.

That night, Rick will buy his dad dinner, but the thing he really wants to give him is a gift he can never buy.

"The thing I'd most like,'' Rick types, "is that my dad sit in the chair and I push him once.''

Here's are some videos about this amazing father and son team

PERSONAL NOTE FROM KAREN

Dear Nature's Sunshine Members and Health Enthusiasts,

I apologize for the slow down in emails, blog updates, Nature's Sunshine events and contacts in the e-newsletters department over the summer. When my children are home from school, my whole world changes. If any of you have tried to call me and had a hard time getting through, that can be explained by the fact that my 16 year old has a girlfriend now and spends most of every waking hour on the phone with her. Again I apologize. Only one more week and they will all be back to their school schedules and my time should open back up.

I can complain a little, but honestly I am so grateful that my Nature's Sunshine Home business allows me the ability to make my own hours, and to spend so much time enjoying my children as a stay at home mom. It is a true blessing! I know many of you enjoy this same privilege with your Nature's Sunshine business and would love to help ALL my members to realize this kind of freedoms with your time.

During the summer months I have been working diligently on updating my address book, specifically those who have opted into my email newsletters (namely you). This has been a very big job and I'm hoping the updates will make it easier to send more timely updates. I have done this all manually, because I am trying hard to keep my email box always open, so that I can answer your emails quickly and so any help I can lend you is more personalized. I am strongly resisting the temptation to use programs and web services which would take the personalization away. Having said this, and understanding that my updates have all been manual (just one step away from being hand written on little note cards), please help me to keep you up to date by making sure I have your correct contact info (esp. email and phone number). You are all welcome to add my Skype phone (through my computer) to your address book, for the days when my home phone is tied up. It is 704-966-6645.

I will be celebrating the end of the summer and beginning of this school year with a wonderful trip to Dallas, Texas from August 22-27th, for our Nature's Sunshine National Convention. I know of at least two members in my downline who are traveling along with me from Charlotte, NC to the convention. One of my managers is bringing her husband to enjoy the experience. If any of you (members) are planning to attend I hope you will email me so we can meet there at the Gaylord Texan Resort during our stay. If you are not yet signed up, but want to attend, there is still room open for more attendees as far as classes go. If you are interested you can call customer service to sign up. It is my understanding that the Resort accommodations have been filled, but there are many members staying in nearby hotels.

There will be some fabulous speakers this years (as always). We will learn from Dr. Gary Null, nationally syndicated talk show host, producer of PBS specials, investigative reporter, New York Times best-selling author and award winning documentary filmmaker. His message is one of taking charge of your life and your health. Plus, you will be treated to an inspiring story of hope and courage from Captain Gerald Coffee. Captain Coffee spend seven years as a POW in North Vietnam. He will motivate you with his themes of leadership, loyalty, teamwork and the invincibility of the human spirit.

In addition, we will learn from our fellow Managers and other experts at the many workshops available. Our Home Office staff has put together an exciting group of presentations to help you increase your knowledge and grow your business.

Topics will include:

  • Keeping Arteries Young
  • Longevity at the Cellular Level
  • Aging Beautifully
  • Maintaining Mental Acuity
  • Ancient Chinese Aging Secrets
  • Plugging the Mitochondrial Leak
  • Painless Aging
  • Hormone Balance as You Age
  • Aging and Vision
  • Marketing Your Business Effectively
  • The Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Making and Motivating Managers
  • Finding New Customers
  • Effective Client Follow-up

This is such an excellent opportunity to Get a top-notch education from experienced herbalists, medical experts and top NSP Managers, Witness the unveiling of new and improved products, Rub elbows with top Managers & renew acquaintances with old friends. If you think you would like to attend please call NSP customer service immediately as I believe final call is this Friday (18th).

When I return from Dallas, it is my intention to make phone calls to all of you who I have phone numbers for and to speak to each and everyone of you over September and October. This way I can find out in which ways I can help you in your health and/or your Nature's Sunshine business.

In September I am planning to invest in a Aqua Chi foot bath and will be taking appointments in my home. I will also be teaching more classes in both my home and in friends, families and members homes and in my managers stores. If you live near Charlotte, NC and are interested in this please give me a call. Anyone who hosts a class will have the opportunity to earn free Nature's Sunshine Products. We also have the Untold Truth seminar scheduled to hit Charlotte, NC in November. To find out where the Untold truth classes nearest you are being held, please check on the NSP site or call me for the information.

With the End of August near, and the slow summer having had an impact always on my August Sales, I am offering the opportunity to earn extra contest entries to all members in my downline. If you are not yet a member you can qualify for inclusion in this just by making a new member order.

Anyone making orders in August totaling between $1-$100 will get 4 free entry tickets into our monthly drawing contest. For anyone with orders totaling over $100. I will give 8 free entry tickets (signifying the 8th month). You can check out my web page http://www.herbsplus4health.com/page_contests to see some of the great prizes I have given away this year. The August prize will be The Daily 7 Workbook which features the Daily 7 Smoothie Drink and wonderful information about cleansing, digestion and absorption. This was one of the very first books I read, written by a fellow NSP member, which helped me to truly begin to get well. It is the book which helped me to keep my gallbladder and to begin enjoying a pain free stomach.

I look forward to speaking with many of you in the next few months and hope to see some of you in Dallas next week. Please let me know how I can help you best.

Having been an NSP member for the past 10+ years and a mother of 3 boys, I have a lot of experience with these products. My children have been herbal children since they were born. Personally, we stock up on the Herbasaur Chewable Vitamin and mineral, Herbasaur Chewable Antioxidants, Chewable Vitamin C and Zinc lozenges.

My kids each take one of each of these every single morning beginning about 2 weeks before school and all through the school year. We will use the other products on an as need basis. What I have found is that they rarely get sick and when they do it is for one or two days and they are back to normal. When sick they double up on these four products and add in additional herbs as needed. These products keep them healthy all school year.

If you need help learning how to use herbs with your children please call me 704-588-7638.

Homemade granola and nutritional snack bars

This week we had a discussion on the Nature's Sunshine nsp yahoogroups about healthy granola bars and homemade snacks. Some which were recommended where Kashi bars, larabars, Organic Food Bars, Organic Green Plus Bars and Bible Bars from House of David in Forida.

Nature's Sunshine is introducing a new nutrition bar (chocolate bars featuring xylitol) during our National convention next week in Dallas, Texas, which is exciting. I'll let you know more about that when I return from the convention.

In the meantime some of the girls shared their favorite homemade recipes and they said it would be okay for me to post it here on my blog so that I can share with you as well. Teaching people to get back to cooking is something I've been putting some emphasis on with family, friends and clients. Getting back to whole foods and non manufactured foods and taking whole foods and making your own (no chemicals or preservatives). I have implemented this into my family life by teach my boys to cook and bake to help me out. They love when I find a delicious healthy snack recipe and never mind helping me with the cooking and baking.

Thanks to all the wonderful Nature's Sunshine friends who share so much with me every day!

1/2 – 1 c. wheat germ
2 c. unsweetened, shredded coconut
3/4 c. raw sunflower seeds
3/4 c. raw cashew pieces
1/2 c. raw sesame seeds

Walnuts, pecans, raisins, dates, dried fruit, etc. to taste

Measure out the dry ingredients and mix well – I mix mine in the bottom half of my stainless steel turkey roaster. Mix wet ingredients and heat over low heat on the stove top, or in a 350 degree oven in a casserole dish. Make sure they are totally liquefied and well-blended before adding to the dry ingredients. Stir everything together until dry ingredients are coated. Bake in a 350 degree oven, 20-30 minutes (depending on how crispy you want it), stirring completely every 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely before packaging.

This is SO delicious!!!!!

I have experimented with all kinds of variations. My college kids beg for me to send this by the boxful for all of their dormmates, who just love it. And it’s a healthy snack!

Peanut Butter Fruit Bars
Shared by Nancy Yoakum

There is a book called 'Stevia Sweet Recipes' by Jeffrey Goettemoeller. I purchase it wholesale for my store thru HerbalAdvantage.com. I've bought from them for years now. It is a good book and here is a recipe I tried recently that was wonderful ! Served it at a meeting and everyone loved it and even those with diabetes tried it and said they had NO increase in blood sugar from it!

The way the recipe reads:
1/4 C natural applesauce
3/4 tsp Stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 C natural peanut butter
3/4 C chopped dates
1/2 C chopped peacans
1/4 C nonfat dry milk or more for firmer
2T softened butter
2/3 C rolled oats
2 T butter
1 C sugarfree carob chips
Measure applesauce, stevia and vanilla into a medium bowl and stir with a wooden spoon. Add peanut butter, dates, pecans, dry milk and 2 T butter, mix well.

Toast rolled oats in heavy skillet over medium heat about 6 minutes. Stir often. Oats will darken only slightly. Combine with applesauce mixture and press into an 8 inch square dish.

Use same skillet to melt 2 T butter over low heat. Evenly sprinkle in carob chips and allow to melt about half way. Do NOT stir. Slip the partially melted mass atop the cookie mixture and spread. Cool. Or simply sprinkle 1/2 C carob chips over cookie bars without melting, press in with spatula. Cut and serve and Love It!

What I did different: I used organic almond butter instead of peanut butter. Had no applesauce so used organic apple butter. Had no nonfat dry milk so used more organic rolled oats. Topped with a mint chocolate chip since I had no carob and it still did not cause a problem with blood sugar for the diabetics who enjoyed it! And IT Was Delicious ! ! !

UNDERSTANDING DIABETES II

When you are dealing with Diabetes II the four most important things to work on to get it under control are:
#1 Diet
#2 Exercise & Deep Breathing
#3 Sufficient Water
#4 Supplementing where needed

First lets understand what diabetes really is and why it happens.
Check out these links below:
http://www.kidshealth.org/parent/medical/endocrine/type2.html
The second link is an interactive movie, which is also accessible from the above link, may require a micromedia flash program.
http://www.kidshealth.org/misc/movie/cc/diabetes/index.html

MORE ABOUT DIET, EXERCISE, WATER AND SUPPLEMENTING.

DIET:
If you don't change your diet then nothing else you do will work. However, sometimes considered somewhat a hereditary disease, I believe it is more about the sharing of recipes than sharing the same blood line. I think basically diabetes II comes from making poor food choices, over a long period of time. In todays world of fast foods, and manufacturer's irresponsible production of so many high glycemic treats and junk foods, laden in preservatives, chemicals and "dead foods" it is hard for many to turn around their situation. Unfortunately we have been taught to eat things we shouldn't eat and to not listen to our bodies. Many people are diabetic long before the numbers begin to climb high. Unfortunately people don't usually consider changing their diet and lifestyle until they are forced to... when those numbers are out of control. Our body gives us signs all along the way, but most people just ignore these signs.

1. Fresh Fruits and Raw (or slightly steamed) vegetables should be your primary food source. This should be 2/3 of your plate at every meal. Snacking on fruits and veggies between meals is also a big plus.
2. Lean meats, fish, whole grains, nuts and legumes should make up the additional 1/3 portion of your plate.
3. Remove all manufactured foods: Read labels~ If it has refined sugar, refined flours, hydrogenated oils, corn syrup, preservatives, added in chemicals.... don't eat it.

Processed manufactured refined foods have had all the nutrients stripped out of them. Go with foods in their most natural and living form so your body can use them properly. Eat only food which are ALIVE and leave DEAD foods with no living cells alone (don't eat anything which won't rot quickly and/or has a long shelf life). Dead foods, can't be properly broken down and so aren't able to be used in the body. Not being able to be digested and used by the body, they will instead cause toxic build up throughout the body and in turn, the body will not be able to transport sugars or insulin properly.

EXERCISE & DEEP BREATHING:
Walk for a half hour a day, swim, bike ride, join an aerobics class... or just do stretching and bending exercises...anything to get your blood and lymphatic system moving. Exercise will help the lymphatic system move toxins out of the body, and will help the body to move the insulin into the cells better and will get the digestive system to digest/absorb and transport nutrients better. Start out exercising slow and increase as you feel comfortable.

In addition, practice deep breathing 3-4 times a day, for at least 5 minutes at a time. This is an easy exercise to implement into everyones life. Practice using your entire lung cavity. Deep breath in to the count of 4, Hold for a 4 count and then exhale completely as you count to 4. You will have the same benefits as mentioned above with exercise. Your lungs are the first line of defense in your immune system. With proper oxygen being brought in your entire body will benefit. So often we shallow breath and our body suffers a great deal. Practicing this a few times a day, and your body will begin to do it voluntarily during other times of the day.

WATER:
The rule of thumb when trying to figure out how much we should drink daily: 1/2 your weight in ounces.
For example if you weigh 200 lbs you should drink 100 ounces of pure clean water each day.

Drink Pure clean water. Check out my web page http://www.herbsplus4health.com/page_watertreatment for information about the Nature's Sunshine Reverse Osmosis unit to clean your tap water. This page explains why we need to be concerned about drinking Clean Pure water as opposed to just regular tap water.

Since I first began my NSP membership 10+ years ago, I wanted to get the RO unit. I had attended a School of Natural Health taught by NSP, and during the class they gave away one of these units. From that moment on I wanted one. This past Christmas my mom (also and NSP member) bought me one. I guess the reason I put if off for so long was because I thought our water didn't taste too bad. Now that we use the RO unit, and enjoy pure water, you can really taste the difference when you accidently get tap water. I feel so much better knowing my family isn't getting all those chemicals that come from our public water tower.

SUPPLEMENTING:
When looking at supplementing, you need to look at the things which you are missing from your everyday diet. With Diabetes we are often looking at lack of Good Dietery Fiber, Probiotics, Food Enzymes, Essential Fatty Acids, Antioxidants. These are the very first things which we need to start addressing. NSP has put together a program called the 90 Day Challenge, which takes these 6 very needed products and ships them to you each month, and gives you a discount to help defray the cost, plus a 10% rebate. Their are also choices/substitutes in this program on most products to help members fine tune their program to fit their needs.

The Thai-Go™ helps remove free radicals and reduces inflammation. You take a shot glass full twice a day.
**Optional substitute is Noni Juice.

Super Supplemental with iron (Multi vitamin with iron - for anyone under 40 years old or those who are diagnosed as anemic)

**Optional substitutes are Super Supplemental without iron (Generally people over 40 do not need extra iron), or VitaWave Liquid Vitamins.

Omega-3 Good fats help to transport hormones and nutrients. Your Essential Fatty acids should be taken at a different time than your fiber supplement, so that the fiber doesn't absorb them.
**Optional substitutes are Flax seed oil softgel capsules or Flax seed oil liquid

Nature's Three Fiber If you aren't getting 36+ grams of fiber a day then you need to supplement in fiber.(Make sure to take this at a different time as the Essential Fatty acids). Mix 1-1/2 teaspoons with 8 oz. water or juice. Drink with one or two meals daily.
**Optional substitutes are Everybody's Fiber or Psyllium Hull Capsules

Bifidophilus Flora Force provides billions of beneficial micro-organisms that help support the immune system.Your colon needs to repopulate with good bacteria every day. A healthy colon is imperative to keeping the body healthy. Take 1-2 capsules with each meal.

Food Enzymes need for digestion. One capsule Food Enzymes will help you digest a minimum of 30 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbohydrates and 20 grams of fats.
**Optional substitute is Proactazyme Plus

NOTE: If feeling healthier isn't enough incentive, you'll earn rewards for accepting, completing and sponsoring others in the Habit-of-Health 90-Day Challenge. These products bought separately would cost over $200. retail. As a member they come to about $140 if purchased separately. When using the 90 day challenge monthly product pack sent automatically it costs just $115. plus you get your monthly 10% rebate each month, and a combined extra 5% accumulating cash discount applied on the third order PLUS 5% discount on Habit-of-Health orders each month following the initial 90 days.

The above program is where I begin all my diabetic clients and very often other clients who are having a problem due to nutrient depletion, or toxic waste overload due to poor diets. These are the supplements which when taken together help the body to balance better. I find it is a great place for most people to begin their new health program.

After being on the 90 day challenge for at least 90 days, clients can adjust the program to include supplements depending on need. Most often once the diet, exercise & breathing, water and supplementing have been in place for this amount of time we will see major improvements.

Additional supplements which Diabetics may need at that time are product such as: Zinc, GTF Chromium, Magnesium Complex, Co-Q10, Sugar Reg, HY-C, Hoodia, Blood Sugar Formula, Pro-Pancreas, PBS, Target P-14, Stevia, P-X, Nopal. Please visit www.mynsp.com/herbsplus for more information on these additional products.

Which products are needed will be easier to determine once the four main components mentioned above have been consistently met.
