Recipe Energy Summertime Morning Shake
Green, red, C, and fiber
8 oz RO water
Berry Healthy 2 Tbsp.
Vit C Ascorbate Powder 1 Tbsp.
pH Green Zone or Ultimate Green Zone 2 Tbsp
Nature's Three- 1 Tbsp add last because it will set up

Alkalizing drink - can use as a meal replacement.
Great for reducing calorie intake.

I make a similar drink (smoothie) and add ingredients with frozen fruit &/or ice to a blender.

Hay fever & Allergies

ALJ (2-4 depending on body weight) 3 x day
Fenugreek & Thyme (2AM - 2PM)

Lobelia (1 at dinner time or late PM)

Q&A

EW put on coffee filter (2 caps) pour hot water over, let drain, then put in eye cup and wash eye with it. Great for cleanse specifically for eyeball. Eye infections, stys, and where fat deposits growing on eye. Also when allergies are causing itchiness in the eyes. Can do several times a day if needed. Can also take internally as well. Works for pink eye

Can also use NSP's colloidal silver (5-6 drops, or sprayer). It'll help with eye infections.

I have personally used the EW when I had pink eye. I didn't have hot water or filters. I just opened up the capsules and put them into a small cup of warm water and then flushed my eye a few times. I also took two caps orally. Within an hour the eye returned to normal. I continued to take 2 caps a few times a day and flushed my eye one more time as well. It worked wonderfully with no more signs of infection after that.
