I have recently become "email challenged". My small business is really growing and the email demands have also. I've been notified from my email server that I have to change the way I'm sending to my email groups.

I love having you all on my email lists and love sharing what I learn as I go with you. I want to make sure I am sending you information which is most helpful to you on your journey to good health. I may need to use each of these emails at different times for different kinds of literature, updates and newsletters on health and nutrition which you have opted to receive from me. This will help me to keep my costs low, by not pressing me to invest in a fancier email/contact database program and also to stay a one on one consultation business with more personal contacts. I am strongly resisting the temptations to "sell out" and go commercial. I love my job so much because of the personal attention I can give every single person who emails or calls me. I take pride in knowing that everyone who emails or calls me gets a return email or call back personally from me, not from some computer generated response system. If you help me by adding the emails above as I requested and make sure to update your preferences, it will help me very much to stay small and personal.
