Learn the art of progressive relaxation, guided imagery and self-hypnosis to improve your self-control over your eating habits. Yes! You can control how much you eat, what you eat and when you eat. This is not a diet plan. This is a new life style that promotes health and well being. This is a 6-week class and the group is limited to 8. Groups meet every other week for three sessions lasting 2 hours each. A $50 deposit is required to hold the space for a total cost of $169.00.
