KAY LUBECKE has Bachelor's Degree in Education, Knox College, where she graduated with Honors and a Masters' Degree in Education from Arizona State University.

She is the author of a nationally recognized reference file on herbal usage called Recipes for Success that is used by nutritionists and herbalists throughout the world.

Kay also is a Certified Nutritionist, Iridologist, Voice Bio Practitioner and Instructor, and herbalist. She has been in private practice as a nutritional counselor for the last twenty-six years.
