Passport and Flight Information

All Cancun Convention attendees will be required to have a valid passport that doesn't expire before September 2011. If you apply for a new US passport, you'll pay $135 or $110 for a renewal.

Cancun Buy-In Rates

Couples Full Convention Rate	$1800, plus registration fee
3rd Person Adult Rate	$832 if participating & $632 if non-participant, plus reg. fee
4th Person Adult Rate	$760 if participating & $560 if non-participant, plus reg. fee
Children 4 to 17 yrs	$54/per day if sharing room with parents, plus reg. fee per minor
Children under 4 years	FREE when sharing room with parents
Extra rooms	$370/per day per couple not participating in the event, plus reg. fee
Meetings Only (no room)	$550 (for those staying off property) This includes daily resort fee, which allows you to eat on property and use the facilities.
Please note: If the total you are being charged does not match the correct amount you are to pay (because you have children with you or another guest not participating in convention, etc.), please indicate this under Special Needs/Notes area during your registration process, and the amount due will be amended manually. You will not be charged automatically at the time of registration. If you clarify pricing under Special Needs area, we will make this change before you are billed.

Transfers to/from airport

Transfers are FREE. Arrange your free airport transfer.
Includes shuttles to and from airport on March 8th and 12th (arrivals 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
Airfare is NOT INCLUDED.
