LAST MONTH TO QUALIFY FOR NSP SUNSHINE 500

SUNSHINE 500

Rules and Regulations

(August -December 2009 to Qualify)

1. Everyone who did not hold Manager status on September 10, 2009 is eligible to be

"teamed up" to participate.

2. To be eligible to be teamed together, Members must be in different "lines" in a Manager's

Member group. Because teamed Members depend on the QV of other Members beneath

them for qualification, once a Member in a specific "line" is teamed, NSP cannot allow

anyone in that same line above or below to also be teamed.

3. Managers as of September 10 who drop during the registration period are not eligible to

be teamed up.

4. For teamed Members to be eligible to participate beyond the registration deadline (and

through June 30, 2010), they must not only be properly registered by their Manager by

December 31, 2009, they must also have qualified as a team during at least one

month by that time!

5. Teamed Members who qualify for the program are treated in all respects as normal

Managers, except that no "pend" months are granted.

6. Teamed Members who achieve 1,000 QV points in a given month will be granted "pend"

months (as given to any Manager achieving 1,000 QV). All S-500 requirements must be

met to receive S-500 bonuses.

7. QV transfers to participating Members are allowed but are subject to verification.

8. Members must personally sponsor two or more new Members/month to

qualify. New Members sponsored by others and "placed" underneath a participating

Member will not be included for this requirement, but their QV may count towards the

needed 500 QV points. New Members are subject to verification.

9. Only Managers may select and authorize Member teams beneath them. This privilege is

granted to all Managers.

10. Upline bonuses are granted for every qualifying team that achieves three consecutive

months, for every separate three-month period, and are paid only to non-pending upline

Managers.

11. Managers bear the responsibility of communicating with and supporting all Member

teams. Only Members desiring to participate should be teamed together!

12. Any member team may be modified after being together for at least two months (two

bonus runs). Members of teams that have achieved Sunshine 500 Manager status may

be separated after two months, but each Member may be teamed up only with another

Member who has not yet participated in either the spring or autumn program.
