Checking out the End Results - Literally

TYPES OF BOWEL MOVEMENTS

BLACK, TARRY, AND STICKY
- Bleeding in your upper digestive tract. The black color comes from digested blood cells.

VERY DARK BROWN
-You drank red wine last night or had too much salt or not enough vegetables in your diet.

GLOWING RED OR MAGENTA
- You've eaten a lot of reddish foods such as beets.

LIGHT GREEN
-You're consuming too much sugar, or too many fruits and vegetables with not enough grains or salt.

PALE OR CLAY-COLORED
- Minimal amounts of bile are being excreted, perhaps because of problems with the gallbladder or liver.

BLOODY OR MUCUS-COVERED
- Hemorrhoids, an overgrowth of certain bacteria in your gastro intestinal tract, colitis (inflammation of the colon), Crown's disease (also known as inflammatory bowel disease), or colon cancer. Red blood usually means the ailment is located near the end of your digestive tract, whereas black blood signals partially digested blood coming from an ailment higher up the tract. Seek medical advice promptly.

PENCIL-THIN AND RIBBON LIKE
- A polyp or growth in your colon that narrows the passage for stool or a spastic colon. It can also be from a prolapse at either side of the transverse colon constricting the colon and lack of fiber.

LARGE AND FLOATING, WITH GREASY FILM ON TOILET WATER
- Malabsorption -- your digestive system isn't getting full nutritional use of food.

LOOSE AND WATERY, SOMETIMES DIARRHEA WITH UNDIGESTED FOODSTUFFS
- Possible causes are food poisoning, lactose intolerance, antibiotics, antacids, dietary intolerance, dietary changes, travel, anxiety, stress, inflammatory bowel disease, or irritable bowel syndrome.

SMALL, HARD, ROUND PELLETS
- Constipation- even if you're eliminating
frequently. Possible causes are eating too much dry food, including protein, and not enough vegetables and raw foods; laxative abuse; worries; or irritable bowel syndrome.

ALTERNATING BOUTS OF DIARRHEA & CONSTIPATION
- Irritable bowel syndrome. This chronic condition can be aggravated by red meat, spices, sugar, alcohol, lack of fiber, allergy-causing foods, irregular hours, and chaotic relationships.

REALLY BAD SMELLING
-An imbalance of intestinal bacteria or eating too much
animal protein, which can putrefy in your digestive tract.

A NOTE FROM YOUR HERB SPECIALIST:

Nearly 90% of All Degenerative Disease begins in the Digestive Tract! Most people who get cancer have had bowel problems through out their lives.

In my business we talk a lot about bowel movements. We are known to get a funny look or two. But so much can be told about the body by what is coming out and not coming out.

A normal BM should be LONG, BROWN AND SMOOTH (LBS).

If yours are not LBS, then please email me so I can help you figure out how to get this end result more productive.

Some products which can be helpful are:

LBS II - (yes we actually have a product with this name) - When you have to get it moving out more productively. You should go to the bathroom as many times as you eat each day. If you eat three meals you should have 3 bm's. If you aren't this may be a good product for you to try.

Nature's Three Fiber - Helps move toxins out, clean sweeps intestinal tract and colon. You should get 36+ grams of good fiber a day. If you aren't getting this much fiber, this is a great product to help keep the insides swept out.

Food Enzymes - Does your diet consist of mainly fresh and raw fruits and vegetables? If not you need food enzymes. I find most people need food enzymes because they aren't getting what they need in the daily diet. Food enzymes help you to break down foods you eat so you body can extract the nutrients for absorption. So often we over cook our live foods which takes the food enzymes right out of the foods. (Note: Foods should be eaten in their most alive state (raw and fresh) or at least only steamed, to get the most benefit from them. Also make sure you are really chewing your food well. This helps the enzymes to breakdown the foods. We have all seen I Love Lucy in the episode of chewing her food 25 times before swallowing... she was really on to something).

Probiotic Eleven - This is the good bacteria that your body needs in your gut. Includes 11 beneficial bacteria. These microorganisms perform essential functions in the body and are affected by aging, adverse intestinal pH, microbial interactions, environmental and dietary temperatures, stress, physiological factors, peristalsis, bile acids, host secretions and immune responses.

Magnesium Complex - I think most people are magnesium deficient. This is a mineral which is needed for all enzyme production to take place. It helps so many other nutrients to be properly utilized and absorbed. It also keeps the bowels moving properly.

Intestinal Sooth and Build - As the name suggests, this is excellent to sooth and build the intestinal tract. This works well for any kind of intestinal bloating which results from slow moving foods and ph inbalancing. This is a popular product to work on the cause not just the symptom.

ALJ - When your bad digestion, has lead to other problems such as allergies, respiratory & breathing problems, sinus & toxic build up headaches, exteme snoring and problems breathing when sleeping, constipation.
