IMPORTANT: Please TEST each link that you use before publishing it to your customers.  To test, click your link and add at least $40 to your cart.  Proceed to Checkout, then select the Sign up option.  Your account number should automatically appear in the "Sponsor's Account Number" box on the sign up form.
