Health tips to alkalize your body
1. Eat Celery…. This is one of the most alkaline foods you can eat. It helps neutralize dietary acids. Eat it before, after or during a meal to aid digestion.
2. Reduce stress daily by adding yoga, tai chi, meditation, and proper breathing. When the body moves into stress mode the digestive system slows down and toxins are eliminated at a reduced rate.
3. Alkaline food in its physical form can often have an acidifying effect on the body when consumed and vice versa.
