General Event Information
August weather is usually very warm; temperatures range in the 100’s. Remember, our meetings are in air-conditioned ballrooms so you may want a jacket. Child care is not available at the hotel. If you need child care services, contact the hotel concierge desk and they can suggest some local services. Please remember NSP policy prohibits children from attending NSP meetings. Airport Transfers - NSP will provide a complimentary round-trip transfer from the Las Vegas Airport to the Paris Hotel. Look for NSP staff, or NSP logo signs in the baggage claim area after you get your luggage. Complimentary transfer services will be available:
If you arrive or depart at a different day or time, you must arrange your own transfer. Taxies are plentiful and cost approximately $12–15 one way for two or three people.
Sharing Your Room - Extra guests, like children, who will not attend convention cost $30 per person/day to lodge in your room. Name Tags -Your name tag is your entrance to all NSP meetings, activities and meals. You must wear it to all NSP functions to be admitted.
