NATURE'S SUNSHINE ENHANCES SUNSHINE SELECT PROGRAM

Dear Managers:

Since its beginning, NSP's Sunshine Select program has had one driving purpose: to provide a way for every Manager who succeeds at growing his or her NSP business to receive special savings on all product purchases. Though we've always offered other prizes and recognition for achieving Select status, this core purpose - personal product discounts for qualifiers - has never changed.

Starting with the qualifying term that begins July 1, 2008, the Sunshine Select program will offer some exciting new benefits. These enhancements will take effect in January 2009 and represents all of the benefits available to Select Managers. Here's how it works:

Benefits:

• Six months of 5-6% product discounts,* and even greater discounts at special events.
• NEW! Exclusive membership in NSP's Sunshine Select Product Club (see details outlined below).
• NEW! Special Sunshine Select pricing for all events and training programs, including Convention, Leaders Conference, coaching programs and more (details to be announced).

Requirements:

• Register to participate.
• Achieve a personalized increase in Group QV over a six-month period ** OR
• Achieve a first-level Manager count increase of two over the prior period (while maintaining a personalized Group QV amount).

Over the past five years, thousands of NSP Managers have qualified to receive Sunshine Select discounts and other benefits. We appreciate the efforts made by all of our NSP Managers, and look forward to offering you Sunshine Select rewards!

***Free products include all nutritional and personal care items other than non-consumables or sales aids. Reformulated or re-labeled products not included. In the case of an extensive line introduction or other unique circumstance, a representative assortment may be selected for free delivery. Free products will be included with an order placed directly with NSP.

EARN BONUS QV

Earn 1,000 Bonus QV for new first-level Manager breakouts (reinstated Managers will count if they have not been a Manager during the 12 months prior). Individualized QV goals for a term are mailed at the beginning of each term, and are available by contacting Customer Service at Nature's Sunshine or by logging into the members section of the NSP site.

NEW SUNSHINE SELECT PRODUCT CLUB

Sunshine Select Product Club members (all Nature's Sunshine Managers who are receiving Sunshine Select product discounts) will automatically receive a free box or bottle of all brand-new products NSP introduces, just as soon as they're available! Whether it's one new product or 10, you'll have it first - for free!***

During a quarter without new product introductions, Product Club members will receive - at no cost - a product of NSP's choosing, along with special product information.

ENROLLMENT

Enrollment in the program is required. This is simple and may be done by calling NSP Customer Service or by emailing enroll@natr.com. Managers who haven't enrolled will not be granted benefits retroactively.
