Three years after hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans, the shipping channel that helped allow storm surge to flood the city is still open! Despite Congressional authorization to close it, the Corps of Engineers has yet to develop a plan to restore the wetlands buffer the MRGO destroyed. Help call on the President and Congress to close it right, right now! I just did and it only takes a second.
