"Spring" into health   "Shaking"off the winter! I know that most of you are as ready for spring to be here as much as I am! It has been a long cold one. But we needed that cold weather to repell some of those nasty insects! Now we are ready to gear up for the warm weather! Many people have came by the shop and inquired about diet aids. My first If not, the body may not have all of the nutrients required to help with the metabolism. I also remember to do a detox for the whole body per season change.
