HEAVENLY HOT CHOCOLATE

Tis the Season to sip Heavenly Hot Chocolate by the cozy fire!
Let it be healthy as well as delicious!
 
1 1/2 CUPS MILK
1 1/2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM
1/4 CUP XYLITOL
1/8 TEASPOON SEA SALT
6 OUNCES CHOPPED BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE OR (5) CHOPPED DARK CHOCOLATE CALCIUM CRUNCH
SWEETENED WHIPPED CREAM, FOR GARNISH
 
Combine the milk, cream, xylitol and sea salt in a saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat. When the milk and cream just begin to steam, put in the chocolate and stir until melted. Add the peppermint oil. Divide the hot chocolate, top with whipped cream and share with friends and family.
