NSP HOME PARTY CHANGES

Dear NSP Members & Managers:

We want to inform you of a new update regarding the Host $40 Free Product Incentive. Effective June 1, 2007, the procedure for redeeming the free product will be as follows:

HOST FREE PRODUCT
The Host free product serves as a thank-you to your Host for helping to facilitate your party or meeting.

• For the Host to be eligible for free product, party/meeting sales must be at least $200 (Direct Cost - does not include shipping, handling or taxes).
• The Host Incentive Form must be accompanied by a $10 processing fee that is paid by you, the Presenter. Otherwise, the product credit is forfeited.
• The free product credit will be awarded in the form of an electronic product credit certificate on the Presenter's account.
• It is the Presenter's responsibility to reward the Host with free product of his/her choices, (Direct Cost value up to $40).
• The Presenter can then use the electronic product credit as a form of reimbursement on a later order. This certificate is valid for 60 days.
