Smoothie Recipe
They served a smoothie which was so easy and delicious. When I got home I added a few of Nature's Sunshine Powders and liquids to it to make it perfect for me ~ and you!
Talley's Recipe
... In a blender...
8 ounces frozen blue berries (or any frozen fruit)
1 Banana
1 tbsp. Honey (optional - I found it sweet enough without the honey)
1-2 handfuls of ice (I don't use ice)
Fill the blender up to the 32-34 ounce line with 100 % Pure Apple Juice (not sweetened) (can also use Milk or soy milk)
Blend til all Ice has been chopped good and Liquid is moving in tornado fashion up top. Add ice or more frozen fruit to desired consistency.
To make this into a Super Nutritious Meal replacement for two - Add any or all of the following NSP ingredients before adding the Apple Juice:
(*personally these are the five things I always add, I add others on an as need basis)
1/2 scoop of Ultimate Greenzone Powder *
1 scoop Berry Healthy Drink Mix *
1/2 scoop Syner Protein Drink *
1 tsp. Nature's Three *
1/2 to 1 cup Plain yogurt *
1 tbsp. Colloidal Minerals or Mineral Chi Tonic
1 shot Thai Go
1 tbsp. Flax seed ground up
(not flax seed oil because it will bind with all the fiber &
nutrients in this drink and you will only get a healthy toilet).
1 scoop focus attention powder
1 scoop coral calcium
1 ounce of aloe vera juice
1 or 2 tbsp. VitaWave Liquid multi vitamin
Pour into two Nature's Sunshine's 20 ounce Power Shaker and Enjoy!!!
This can stay fresh refrigerated for about 8 hours.
